Reports
Your Reports give you information specific to your store, your sales and your business. Target your sales activities and business strategies by viewing your reports and making qualified decisions based off of the information provided within them.
Your Reports:
- Click on Reports in your top navigation to access all your PowerMerchant reports.
- Customer Orders: tells you what orders customers have placed over a specific time period. This includes all details pertaining to your orders such as bill to, ship to, names address, costs, shipping and handling, and applicable taxes.
- Customer Order Products: breaks down each customer purchase by itemized order detail.
- Product Statistics: tells you about the products you've sold - quantity, profit, etc.
- Search Statistics: tells you what visitors are searching for on your store. The report is broken down by what search terms are typed in on your store. This report is valuable for determining which products you may like to showcase as feature products.
- Products Out-of-stock: tells you what products in your store have zero available quantity (i.e. those that are out of stock).
