Removing or editing Google AdSense in your store

Shopster Merchants on Free Package

Google AdSense™ are displayed on all stores that are created through a Free Account. Shopster collects any AdSense™ revenue generated on stores connected to Free accounts.

These ads can be removed or replaced with your own Google AdSense account when you upgrade to any paid PowerMerchant package.

PowerMerchants – Remove or Edit AdSense accounts

To remove Google AdSense from your template:

1. Go to the "Store" tab
2. Click on the "edit design" link
3. Under the "edit layout" tab of this page click on the "ads.st" file
4. Once the file opens click on the "delete" button to remove

To generate AdSense revenue to your own AdSense account:

1. Follow steps 1 to 3 above
2. Once the file is open, delete only the content within the text area displayed
3. Insert your Google AdSense code
4. Click "save changes"

**Please note that if you change or refresh your store’s template, you will need to re-apply any changes you had made to AdSense accounts**
