- How do I add my products to my Store?
- It’s easy to add your products to your store with the Shopster Add Product tool. Just enter the product name, define an SEO friendly URL for it, link the image, set the retail price (and the network price) and as soon as you are done the product is ready to view in your store!

- How do I add my products to the network?
- This is the great part! Once you’ve loaded your product into your store, it’s automatically displayed in the Shopster network warehouse, too. But your pricing is only shown to merchants you’ve chosen to connect to. Don’t forget to define warehouse price that’s lower than your retail price – because your merchants are doing the selling for you! Note: it can take up to 24 hours to see your products displayed in the warehouse.

- Who can see my products in the network?
- Anyone who joins the Shopster Merchant Network can see your products but only merchants you’ve chosen to connect with can sell your products. Make sure the merchants in your network are people that you want to do business with. You can always remove merchants from your network if you no longer want to be connected with them.

- What happens when someone sells one of my products?
- When one of your networked merchants sells one of your products – everybody wins! The order comes in to your order management page for you to fill. The selling merchant passes the customer information to you to ship the item directly to the customer and the selling merchant pays you. Easy!

- What happens when I sell something from the network?
- When you sell a product that you’ve listed on your store from the network warehouse you’re already ahead of the game! Your customer will pay you the retail price for the item, you then forward the customer info and network price payment to the supplying merchant. You pocket the difference! The supplying merchant will ship the item to your customer. Perfect!

- How do I sell my stuff on eBay? Or other channels?
- Selling on eBay or in other channels is easy. All of the product information is available for you to export to a listing tool. Just add the products to your store or product list and once you’ve sold it, use the shopping cart within the Manage page of the Inventory tab to buy it. The product will then be shipped directly to your customer. Low risk selling – made easy!
