FAQ's - My Merchant Profile
- How do Merchant Profiles get created?
- Your basic Merchant profile is created when you complete the Store builder wizard. You can view, update or change your merchant profile at any time by clicking into the Profile link within the Network tab.
- How can I change my Merchant Profile?
- To change your Merchant Profile enter into the Profile tab within Network heading. Click on the Edit My Profile link.
- Who can see my profile? What information can they see?
- Your Merchant Profile is available for everyone in the Shopster network to see. Only your basic information is displayed (store name, city & state) until you add additional information to allow others to find you and source you for products to sell.
- I don’t have a store but I noticed that I have a Merchant Profile, why is that?
- This is for other network members to know who you are. Merchants use your profile to decide if they want to buy your products or if they want you to sell you their products.
