FAQ's - Order Fulfillment

  1. Where can I view all of my orders that are in progress?
    • To view all of your orders select the Orders tab and then click the View Orders link in the All Orders box (on the main page).

  2. What actions do I have to take once a customer has placed an order?
    • For your products, you will need to confirm the order and then ship it.

    • For Network products you will need to buy the product much like a dropshipper. That product will then flow through that supplier's review process. You can view its progress within the All Orders screen under the Orders heading.

    • Note: for mixed orders (those orders that include both Network products and your own) - To trigger the order flow, you must purchase the Network portion of the order prior to confirming shipping on your products.

  3. I had an order cancelled on me and it says I have to manually refund the customer. What do I do?
    • When an order placed within your Network is cancelled, it means that the Network Merchant who supplied the product was not able fulfill the order and has refunded your money. You can contact this Merchant to see if it is possible to replace the order or you will need inform your customer that you are unable to supply the product and refund them their money.
