- Why is there a delay in uploading my product file?
- Submitted product data files will be imported to your inventory by Shopster on a manual basis, at least until we work out the critical kinks in the process. In the future you will be able to import your products to your inventory in real-time, as frequently as desired.

- In our temporary process a duplicate product will be ignored. We will not overwrite your existing products.
