1. Who do I contact if I have questions?

3. What's the Process for submitting feedback?
   • Please consider these items when submitting feedback, as the more information you provide us, the better equipped we will be to assist you. Also, don’t forget to include those features you like and find benefit your business.
     
     
   • Suggestion/Feature Requests:
     • What is your suggestion?
     • Which part of the site does your suggestion target? E.g. the Store builder, Adding Products, Inventory Management, Store Promotion, Checkout, Store/Order Management
     • Why is it important?
     • How will you benefit from it?
     • How will the feature save you time?
       
       
   • Issues & Bugs:
     • Describe the problem and what you were doing when the issue occurred
     • Let us know the page the issue occurred on (please include the URL)
     • What browser were you using?
     • Define the priority level:
       • P1- critical to the functioning of your business-Production system down-this includes order flow issues, checkout functioning, data going into the system incorrectly (e.g. shipping not being calculated correctly) etc.
       • P2 - important, I need this feature to efficiently use the technology- A major feature is seriously affected. These issues might have a work-around and though very important will not stop your customer from making a purchase –e.g. two internal screens with the same function, unclear/unintuitive navigation etc.
       • P3-A minor defect/pain point-something that needs to get fixed but internal and external functioning can continue without interruption – virtual warehouse descriptions are incorrect, not relevant, or do not provide enough information for customers
       • P4-An informational request/nice to have change that would benefit you as a user – e.g. site typos, minor formatting changes etc.
