- How many products can I add with my Free Shopster account?
- You are allowed to add a total of 25 products to your inventory (this includes your own products and Network products). You can add-on additional product bundles at anytime to suit your business needs.

- How can I get more products?
- You can add additional products to your account at anytime. Click on the My Account link. You will be redirected to the Upgrade and Add-ons page where you can choose to add-on the product bundle that best fits your needs.

- Yes, you decide who you want to make connections with and who you want to buy from.

- How do I add Network products to my store?
- Under the Inventory heading, click Warehouse
- Find products to sell by searching for items of interest using the orange search bar at the top of the page.
- Click any product's image or the View Product button to open the product details page for that item.
- The product details open in a new window. Notice there are five clickable tabs in this window: Click the Add tab.
- Note: If this network supplier is not yet part of your personal network, you must contact the supplier and make a connection with them prior to being allowed to add their products to your store.
- In the first drop menu ensure that your store name is listed.
- Use the second drop menu to select the category to which you would like to add the product.
- Use the third drop menu to select the markup group to which you would like to add the product. Note: If you do NOT want to add this product to a markup group, use the third drop menu and select Price Product Manually. Then, use the text field below the third drop menu to manually set the price.
- Click the Add Product to Store button.
- When finished, click the Close link in the upper right-hand corner of the product details window.
- Can I add more than one product at a time?
- Yes you may also add products in bulk, however you must have already formed a connection with the products suppliers to do so.
- In the virtual warehouse there is a checkmark directly to the left of each product (This box only appears for those products whose suppliers are a part of your network). Check the boxes you would like to add.
- Click the Add to Store button.
- You must click the Add to Store button for each page of products (if you've added at least one product from that page) before moving on to the next page of results.
- This opens the Add Products window. In this window, do each of the following:
- Under the Select Destination heading, ensure the drop menu lists your store name.
- Under the Select Category heading, use the drop menu to select the appropriate category to insert the products into.
- You can only add a batch of products to a single category, so be sure that each time you click the Add to Store button you only select products that will be categorized together on your store.
- Under the Your Selling Price heading, use the drop menu to select the markup group to which you would like to add the product.
- You can create a new markup group from this window by selecting Create New Markup group from the drop menu.
- Click the Add Products button.
- Repeat this for each page of results.
- To decrease the number of times you'll have to repeat these steps, use the products per page drop menu to increase the number of products displayed. This drop menu is located in the search box where you entered your search terms.
